Weekly Workout Goal

I got all of my workouts in this week! The 4th workout of the week was another Bridalicous Bootcamp workout. I did 2 sets of arms and 1 set of abs with a warm up and cool down. I was pretty tired once it was over, I think my longer run yesterday wore me out 😉

That’s all for now. I’m feeling tired and I have a lot of reading to do for our Dave Ramsey class and I want to finish The Night Circus soon!
