After a long holiday weekend of taking it easy, today I was back to feeling good. I was motivated at work, motivated to eat healthy, and even got in a light workout this evening. Light because I don’t want to come close to falling back into the sickness!
30 minute walk (about 1.7 miles) I wanted to run but thought it would be better if I took it easy
2 sets of each:
15 push ups
Arm across body to raised leg crunches
Squat Press (10 lbs)
Seated Fly (10 lbs)
45 second plank hold
Overall after the workout I feel good! Tomorrow we start our Dave Ramsey class so I won’t have time to workout again until Thursday.
