One of the reason I wanted to start a blog was because of all the great things I found on other blogs and then began to love myself. This Protein Pancake is currently one of my favorite things to eat. It tastes great, has lots of protein and only takes about 10-15 minutes to make.
I like mine with a little bit of butter, blueberries and some lite syrup.
Lately I have seen some people using Greek Yogurt instead of cottage cheese. I have yet to try that.
